Türkiye's impressive growth performance and structural reforms implemented over the past decade and a half have landed it on the radar of many international investors. According to EY, Türkiye, which  was the 7th country in 2020, has become the 4th most popular destination for FDI in Europe with 351 projects in 2024.

Up until 2002, total FDI into Türkiye stood only at USD 15 billion, while the country attracted around USD 288 billion of FDI during the 2003-2025 period.
