Applications Now Open for the Local Development Initiative Incentive Program

Within the scope of the Local Development Initiative Incentive Program announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, up to 240 million Turkish Liras in support may be provided for each project in 324 designated investment areas across 81 provinces. Applications will be accepted between August 1 – September 30, 2025.

The program aims to achieve holistic development across the country. It has been launched to promote local-level development by evaluating regional potential, utilizing untapped resources, and providing solutions to local needs.

The program is implemented by the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. It aims to enhance the production capabilities and technological capacities of regions, substitute imported inputs with domestic production, and localize supply chains.

In addition to new investments, projects that increase production capacity by at least 75% and registered employment by at least 50% will be supported.

Call to Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Karaman

• Keratin Production and Wool Processing Facilities (Keratin, wool, wool yarn, lanolin, etc.)
• Production of Precision Agriculture Equipment and Agricultural Machinery (Agricultural harvest machines, etc.)
• Packaged Ready-to-Eat Food Production Facilities (Food production for the defense industry, etc.)
• Production of Value-Added Products from Fruits and Fruit Waste (Fruit powder/granules, pectin, cellulose, hemicellulose, etc.)
